Refund policy

 Returns:

Due to safety and quality regulations, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at Support@NewMunchies.com. Be sure to include photos so we can quickly resolve any issues that may come up.  We do not resolve matters over the phone as we thoroughly track and record each claim.

Cancellations or Changes:

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been shipped. Once the carrier picks up the order, cancellations are not available. We also cannot change the shipping method or address once the order has left our facilities.

Shipments:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders or carrier delivery delays. Monitor your tracking number and email notifications. If your package is lost in transit, file a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy:

Ensure the correct address is used when placing an order. Each order includes an email confirmation with shipping information. If the address on your confirmation is incorrect, notify us immediately via email at Support@NewMunchies.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change it, but this is not guaranteed. If the order has shipped, we cannot make changes or issue refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
